ABOUT THE PROPERTY
CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN
With direct access to the dining terrace, the kitchen includes all the facilities required for a feast. The kitchen necessaries include: two drawer dishwashers; three fridges; a freezer with ice making facility; Quooker tap with boiling water and filtered drinking water; oven with a steam setting; microwave oven; and an induction hob.
INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING
Comfortable seating for 10 is the focus in the sitting room at Rabassieres. It has direct access on to the lush greenery of its gardens, an ideal place to read or relax throughout the day.

All four bedrooms at Rabassieres feature kingsize beds that can be separated to create two single beds if required. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access on to the garden.

SWIMMING POOL
The house is surrounded by trees and gardens. There are two large shaded terraces, one with a large outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue and the other with sun-loungers. The heated swimming pool has a safety cover and is in a sunny position. It has wooden decking and grass all around with clusters of trees providing areas of shade for sitting and lounging.
THE AREA
The River Argens is just behind the house and is perfect for canoeing, canyoning and wild swimming. Horse riding is available nearby. The medieval L'Abbaye du Thoronet is a half hour walk away. A short drive will take you to numerous charming villages and towns, including Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Salernes and Lorgues, each with good restaurants and lovely food markets.
There are many possible day trips in the area, including to the spectacular Gorges du Verdon, the Massif des Mares and the coast (Saint Tropez) is just under 50kms away.
